Jetta GLI
For the 2024 model year, a limited-edition Jetta GLI 40th Anniversary model has been introduced. It comes with black 10-spoke 18-inch wheels, a black grille, side mirrors, door handles, and rear spoiler. You can choose from one of three exterior paint colors: Pure Gray, Pure White, and Rising Blue. The interior is also modified with GLI 40 branding on the embossed cloth seats, engraved cupholders, seat tags, and front door sills. The steering wheel has a “40” clip at its six o’clock position. Only 1,984 units of the GLI 40th Anniversary model will be built, commemorating the year the Jetta GLI debuted.
The non-GLI Jetta models, including S, Sport, SE, and SEL, remain the same as last year. All Jettas will have standard IQ.Drive driver assistance technologies, adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring, and automatic emergency braking. The GLI Autobahn will have a heated steering wheel, and the Jetta Sport will have heated front seats and a space-saving spare tire. S trims will have an eco-leather-wrapped steering wheel, leather-trimmed shift knob, auto-dimming rearview mirror, and rain-sensing wipers.
The 2024 Volkswagen Jetta offers a good-sized trunk and is well-equipped. GLI models are fun to drive and offer an available manual transmission.

GTI
Starting in 2025, Volkswagen will cease production of GTI manual transmission models. Therefore, purchasing a GTI with a manual transmission is advised before production ends. Customers may consider the limited edition GTI 380 package, which is available for all six-speed manual 2024 GTI models. The package includes adaptive dampers, black 19-inch wheels, a black-painted roof and door mirrors, and a dimpled shift knob. It is also offered in a package-specific Graphite Gray exterior color.
All 2024 GTI and Golf R models come with standard power-folding side mirrors. The GTI’s SE trim level has a new wheel design, and the Golf R has new 19-inch wheels. Currently, the GTI lineup consists of three models: S, SE, and Autobahn, after the one-and-done 40th Anniversary car from 2023. On the other hand, the Golf R is available in a single specification.
Pros of the 2024 Volkswagen GTI and Golf R include the option for FWD or AWD hot hatches, and even the base trim is well-equipped. Note that the GTI will still have manual transmission available for one more year.

Arteon
The 2024 Volkswagen Arteon lineup has been reduced to two trim levels: SEL R-Line and SEL Premium R-Line. Both of these trims now come standard with all-wheel drive, which means that the more efficient front-wheel drive is no longer an option. This trimming of the model options occurred just a year after the former entry-level model, the SE R-Line, received significant driver assistance and convenience technology updates.
Some of the pros of the 2024 Volkswagen Arteon include its generous feature content, large trunk, and fantastic exterior design. Additionally, all-wheel drive is now standard, making it a great choice for those looking for more stability on the road.
If interested in the 2024 Volkswagen Arteon, be sure to get it while it’s still available!
