They tried to get the app on my phone to talk to the vehicle. Work on it for almost 2 hrs. No joy. Wait to hear back from corporate maintenance, to suggest next move. That was 2 weeks ago, still haven't heard from VW.

Great only disappointment is better technology training needed for new owner maybe better help in actually setting up things

Great experience with Grant! I live in Ohio and needed an oil change while visiting the area. I was nervous about going to a different dealership but Grant was able to get my VW in and taken care of in a very timely manner. Would visit again if needed.
