Careful on the purchase of a used car and being roped into a warranty that you don’t need. The woman who sold us the car, Monique, was great we only had a problem with being lied to about our car being out of the powertrain warranty. We ended up having to drive 40 miles back to the dealer two days after sale after we were ignored when we phoned about it less than a day from buying it. The credit manager refused to help us and sent us a form to do it ourselves including getting it notarized. Told them we were on our way to return the vehicle and get our Murano back we traded in. The GM of the dealer met us in the sales office and had the credit guy arrange the cancellation. After it was done no one offered a real apology and to at least fill our gas to cover the drives back and forth. Monique offered to but she was know where to be seen when we were done. This did not make us feel like a valued customer.

Fast and efficient. Staff was friendly and service was quick.

Olivia was a very helpful and knowledgeable about all my concerns. She made sure that I received what I needed and within my budget. What went from just looking at cars type of day, turned into a day that I received my 2024 VW Tiguan. I love it and will definitely be shopping there in the future.

This is for Sunrise FORD, which is where I bought my car although it was listed at Volkswagen. Nice salesman but I wish I could have done business with Edison instead of the young man I had. Edison helped me make me final decision on the car a few days prior. The guy who helped me on the day of purchase didn’t listen, he just wanted a sale. He disregarded the fact that I arrived with a pre-approval from my credit union and had the finance team run their own, I was not offered an alternative option for detailing since their dept had a fire, the car had less than a half tank of gas, it’s missing a floor mat that I was not informed about, among a few other things. I’ve attempted to reach out with no success. I just feel like their customer service needs improvement. People are spending a lot of money to buy a car here so they should be listened to and accommodated as best as possible.

I was lied to several times nickalas was a lier Nathan lied I’m not happy with sunrise ford. I was lied to by salesman and finiancce guy totally upset and not satisfied I have not bought a vehicle in years and was not happy about my business with sunrise ford. Would not recommend them to anyone. I’m so upset about my experience with them. They mislead me and lied to me. I can’t say enough how unhappy I with them stay away from them.
