I went in on Monday. It is now Saturday. When I left on Monday morning, they said we are in a holding pattern with VW and they'd call me. I called the dealership on Thursday saying John would call me back. It's Saturday and no one has called me. In the meantime, a module preventing some of my key infotainment and intended is not working. The lack of communication has been terrible.

Service was prompt and when a problem was discovered the service manager took full accountability and even had the tech apologize

Was very happy with my purchase until I discovered that an extended warranty had been loaded onto the purchase price. I returned in person to get this cancelled and dealt with Cameron Elliot. Successfully cancelled the extended warranty and was told to wait up to 60 days for my refund. I mailed Cameron a number of times for follow up. He did reply that he would get back to me but failed to provide any concrete information as to where my refund of just over $3000 is. More than 60 days have passed. No refund. I have since paid the car finance off in full. Great car and still a huge VW fan. But very unhappy, firstly to have an extended warranty loaded onto the bill of sale without being told about it, and then having immediately gotten it cancelled, being made to wait for refund. Now more than 60 days still being out of pocket. Why would I take an extended warranty on a demo car from the dealership with remaining new warranty? I find this totally unscrupulous from the dealership and not representative of the standards that I am accustomed to from VW as an organization.

I recently purchased a 2026 Tiguan, and working with Jordan was truly the best car‑buying experience I’ve ever had. He was wonderful from start to finish — never pushy, always patient, and he really listened to everything I was looking for. I had just gone through a total loss of my previous car, and Jordan was incredibly supportive during a stressful time. I was also going back and forth between the Tiguan and the Atlas, changing colors and options more than once, and he handled all of my indecisiveness with total professionalism. He never made me feel rushed or pressured — just supported. I normally dread buying a car, but Jordan made the entire process seamless. He has been, by far, one of the easiest and most pleasant sales reps I’ve ever worked with. Highly recommend him.
