What should have been a straightforward vehicle purchase turned into one of the most frustrating dealership experiences I've had. I purchased a 2017 Volkswagen Jetta with approximately 42,000 miles for $12,200. The vehicle had a "DO NOT SELL" sticker, which my salesperson, Dino, saw but never explained. During my test drive, I noticed flashing coolant/temperature and TPMS warning lights. Dino assured me THREE separate times that the vehicle had ALREADY undergone Volkswagen's multipoint inspection. Sales manager Brandon also texted me stating the coolant had been topped off and no leaks were found. Despite my photographic evidence of the warning lights, the mechanic couldn't reproduce the temperature warning. The dealership provided a written "We Owe" agreement promising to address both issues. I finalized the purchase and obtained insurance. AFTER THE SALE, I was informed that the vehicle had NOT undergone its initial safety inspection and required approximately $4,600 in repairs! The findings included rear brakes worn to 1 mm with metal contact, multiple wheel speed sensor faults, a substantial engine oil leak, and a cooling system containing mostly water instead of proper coolant. How was I repeatedly assured the vehicle had been inspected when it apparently hadn't? And why was I reassured about the coolant when the subsequent inspection identified another cooling system concern? I was then offered the repairs for an additional $1,000, added to my financing. Even more concerning, Dino continued pressuring me to take possession despite the documented mechanical and safety issues. THE VEHICLE NEVER EVEN LEFT THEIR LOT! The estimate also included declined GPS/LoJack equipment and a $350 safety inspection charge. Sales manager Anthony was reasonable and understanding. He offered either $2,000 off the original price or $1,000 off with repairs completed. However, neither option was offered when I returned. Instead, the dealership refused to sell the Jetta due to safety concerns. Dino then showed me a 2020 vehicle for $15,000 with more mileage and an interior I found to be in poor condition. Anthony later disclosed that this replacement ALSO needed work and asked whether Dino had disclosed this to me. He had not. I declined both vehicles, and the sale was canceled. My issue isn't that used vehicles need repairs. It's the repeated inspection assurances, contradictory information, serious mechanical issues discovered after the sale, pressure to accept the vehicle, and additional repair charges. While I appreciated Anthony's professionalism, this experience seriously damaged my confidence in Sunrise Volkswagen of Fort Pierce and Sunrise Auto Group. Moral of the story: Request the completed inspection report, independently verify the vehicle's condition, and get ALL promises in writing.

Great sales team & service. As for the vehicle, 2026 Atlas. After several road trips, it's way to loud inside from road noise. It's to the point where you can't hear one another or carry on a conversation. We're currently in for service & they claim it's the tires. I suggest the dealers request different tires from VW. Not happy with such a nice car being this loud inside. If it's truly the tires, this should be an easy fix for VW.

I bought a brand new 2026 car.(200 miles) The lights are already going off in the dash all they did was reset the light, the issue is still there and I feel like the car is a lemon or has a recall that needs to be fixed!! not just a quick reset!!
