I WILL START WITH I AM A DISABLED VETERAN, I HAVE DIAGNOSED MENTAL HEALTH DISORDERS AND PHYSICAL DISABILITIES AS WELL AND I DID STATE THIS SEVERAL TIMES TO THE DEALER DURING THEM ASSISTING ME. AND I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH ANYONE WILLING TO READ IT. THE F&I DIRECTOR AND MY SALESMAN ASKED ME TO LIE TO A LENDER TO GET APPROVED FOR A VEHICLE, I WAS FORCED TO BUY $8,000 IN SERVICE CONTRACTS AND WAS TOLD ITS THE ONLY WAY MY DEAL WOULD BE APPROVED. AFTER MY DEAL WAS FUNDED BY MY LENDER THE DEALER CAME AND REPOSSESSED MY VEHICLE AT FIRST STATED THAT THE DEAL WASNT FUNDED IS WHY THE DEALER HAD 2 LATE TOW AND RECOVERY COME GET MY VEHICLE PEIOR TO THEM EVEN HAVING AN OFFICIAL ORDER ( WHICH NEVER CAME ) THE REPO COMPANY REPORTED MY CAR AS A REPO WHEN MY LEIN HOLDER HAS VERIFIED IT IS NOT WANTED BACK AND VERIFIED MY FIRST PAYMENT IS NOT DUE UNTIL 10/23/2026. THEN THE DAY THE REPO I LEARN THAT MY OPEN AUTO LOAN WAS SUPPOSE TO BE TRADED IN WITHOUT A SINGLE PHONE CALL, EMAIL OR TEXT FROM THE DEALER OR ONE OF ITS REPS THAT MY OPEN AUTO LOAN NEEDED TO BE BROUGHT IN FOR TRADE. WHICH BRING US TO TODAY AFTER TWO DAYS OF ME TEXTING THREE PEOPLE FROM THE DEALER IN WHICH TWO ARE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT AND ONE MY SALESMAN ABOUT BRINGING THE CAR THAT WAS LISTED ON TRADE IN FOR THE DEALER TO TAKE OWNERSHIP OF THE VEHICLE ( I ALSO DID NOT HAVE A TRANSFER OF TIRLE TO TRADE MY CAR TO THEM IN MY PAPERWORK ) AFTER DAYS OF TEXTING AND TRYING TO CALL THE DEALER SOMEONE FEOM THE DEALER DECIDED HE WOULD CALL ME BACK. AT THIS POINT HE WAS TRYING TO APOLOGIZE FOR THE IOU FOR WINDOW TINT FOR MY CAR I PURCHASE THAT WAS PROMISED TO ME, I RECEIVED A GOOD LUCK AND WAS HUNG YP ON BY THE SALES MANAGER NAMED STEVE ON THIS MATTER ( THIS IS WHAT STARTED THE WHOLE ORDEAL AND ME LEAVING A BAD REVIEW ON GOOGLE ABOUT THAT EXPERIENCE ) I TOLD THIS GUY WE WERE WAY PAST THAT I WANTED TO KNOW WHY THEY TOWED MY VEHICLE. I WAS THE TOLD THAT ITS BECAUSE THEY DIDNT RECEIVE MY TRADE. I TOLD HIM NO ONE EVER CALLED ME, NO ONE EVER TEXT ME OR EMAILED ME TO BRING THE CAR IN FOR TRADE. AND THEN HE TOLD ME IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE HE COULD HELP ME WITH SO I TOLD HIM THEY MESSED UP BIG TIME AND THAT THEY NEEDED TO KEEP COVERING THEIR TRACKS AND HUNG UP ON THEM. THIS DEALERSHIP GAVE ME ONE SALES CONTRACT NOT SHOWING MY CAR AS A TRADE HAVING ME LIE TO A FINANCE COMPANY THAT I WAS SELLING MY VEHICLE TO ATTEMPT TO GET FINANCING, THE FINANCE DIRECTOR ( Brandon Lorenz ) TOLD ME TO DO THAT AND THE SALESMAN ( AJ ) TOLD ME TO LIE TO THE FINANCE COMPANY ASKING ME TO SAY THAT THE CAR WAS A TOTAL LOSS IN AN AUTO CRASH. AND SENT THE FINANCE COM PANY ANOTHER SHOWING MY TRADE WITH THE DEALERSHIP PAYING MY CAR OFF AND ME PURCHASING FROM THEM IN RETURN. IVE ALREADY CONTACTED MY FINANCE COMPANY ON THE MATTER AND ALL I KEEP GETTING TOLD IS THAT I NEED TO CONTACT THE DEALER MY DEAL WAS FUNDED AND MT FIRST PAYMENT IS DUE ON 10/23/26., THE DEALER IS AN AFFILIATED PARTNER EITH THE REPO COMPANY, THE REPO COMPANY HAS CALLED THE SHEIFFS OFFICE AND ADVISED THEM ON MY VEHICLE BEING REPOED SO THEY ARENT ANY HELP EITHER. THE REPO COMPANY HAS DENIED ME ACCESS TO MY VEHICLE STATING THEY DONT KNOW ME, THEY DONT KNOW THAT I AM THE OWNER OF THE VEHICLE AND WILL NOT GIVE ME ACCESS TO MY MEDICINE IN MY VEHICL. THEY ALSO STATED THEY DONT HAVE TO GIVE ME A COOY OF ANY PAPER WORK THEY HAVE PERTAINING TO THE REPO TELLING ME IT IS ILLEGAL WHICH IN FACT IT IS NOT AS FLORIDA ADMIN CODE 1-1.140 STATES THAT THEY MUST GIVE ME A COOY OF THE REPO ORDER. THEY ALL ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS AND USE MATTERS OF TRICKERY TO SELL IN THEIR ILLEGAL PRACTICES. YOY ALL HAVE BEEN WARNED DO NOT BUY FEOM THIS DEALER, THEY MAY TRADE TO PULL ANOTHER MOVE TO GET SOMEONE ELSE WHO WAS UNEXPECTING.

Better than I expected. The service rep was very professional and knew exactly what my problem with the ID Buzz was. Since I am not in the same city they provided me with a loaner vehicle which made everything so much easier!

I arrived early to my appointment and my car was taken back right away. I didn't wait long. My only complaint was that the inspection report was not explained to me.

With the hundreds of customers they probably deal with on a weekly basis, i was really honored that they made me feel like i was a valued customer and that my vehicle issues were a priority.
