Overall, the service on my vehicle was good, but I wanted to share some feedback about my interaction with Scott. I appreciate that he was trying to be helpful, but the conversation felt much longer than necessary. He spent a lot of time explaining things like my tire tread and brake life, which I don’t personally need as long as everything is in good condition. He also made comments about my SOS warning disappearing and shared stories about another customer’s vehicle, which didn’t feel relevant to my visit. I simply prefer a quick, straightforward service experience: let me know if there’s a problem, hand me my keys, and I’m happy to be on my way.
