Sunrise Volkswagen is probably the worst dealership I have ever did business with when purchasing and owning a brand new car. I am not sure if it is only this particular dealership or Volkswagen in general. They, like all the other dealerships, make promises and cannot deliver. I’ve had 3 issues with my 2024 Tiguan within 7 months. They were able to correct 1 of them, simply because it was a recall issue. The other problem was escalated to Volkswagen headquarters after the service department could not even begin to find the problem. I drove my car to this dealership on a scheduled appointment for a warranty replacement part. I was advised by Scott my ignition went out in the process. I ended up having to have my car towed home. The manager John gave no resolution to fix my car or put it back in the state it was in before I drove it up there other than to pay them $600 to fix. Now I have to get my lawyer involved.
