Very pleasant It was easy and efficient. Scott kept me up to date with what was going on with my car. The place is very clean, including the restroom. The waiting area was pleasant and clean. Would have liked to have seen Decaf coffee but other than that a very pleasant experience.

Came in for service, recalls, and a broken headlight. Found out that the headlight was just out of warranty when I arrived, but Grant and the manager were able to come up with a sweetheart deal that got it fixed and saved me some money in the process - also covered my rental charges as parts took several days to come in

All was great except for the scratch on the front that they told me to come in and the would fix it waited 45 pass my appointment which I wasn't happy with then the scratch was still there so a complete waste of my time and it's still there

Our experience was a mixed bag. Initially with the sales personnel it was professional and pleasant. The finance department was horrific and not comfortable at all. The sales manager and salesman after the sale could care less about customer satisfaction or follow up. The general manager, John Troya was excellent and rectified all our concerns. The service department was also very good.
