I had a recall on my Volkswagen. It made an appointment very easily with a wonderful agent. When I arrived at my appointed time, I had the same agent that I had spoken to, he was extremely nice and told me it would be 2 to 3 hours. I sat down and he came in one hour. It said everything was complete. He could not have been nicer. I was very pleased. Unfortunately I forgot his name but I know his wife has a car like mine Sheila Kostanecki.

Came in for service, recalls, and a broken headlight. Found out that the headlight was just out of warranty when I arrived, but Grant and the manager were able to come up with a sweetheart deal that got it fixed and saved me some money in the process - also covered my rental charges as parts took several days to come in

All was great except for the scratch on the front that they told me to come in and the would fix it waited 45 pass my appointment which I wasn't happy with then the scratch was still there so a complete waste of my time and it's still there
