Brought my daughter’s Jetta in for service related to a failed speed sensor. Dropped it off and received an email the next morning. OK’d the repair and it was ready to go that afternoon. When we got there to pay and pickup the car I asked about a charge of about 15% of the parts and labor cost that had ben added. Explained to me as a mandatory shop overhead charge. Dealt with Grant Holtzhaur who was very accommodating and professional. I only wish that the source of the speedometer and electrical problem could have been identified. Just seemed to me that since the leak seemed to occur between the sensors and the cluster a $1600 charge to investigate the entire electrical harness would not be worth the potential result.

So where do I begin. Just excellent service!! From Phil, our Sales Consultant that greeted me and my family at the door. To meeting Jamie , the Sales Manager. And even Eric, the Finance Manager. Our entire experience was amazing. There facility is absolutely gorgeous! My children got the biggest kick out of there Volkswagen bus that was turned into a fish tank and of course the snacks and full control of television. Brought my Jetta Diesel in for service with a check engine light illuminated. The service department diagnosed the problem as being a particulate filter (not the oil filter) that needed changing. Changed the filter. Check engine light off. Ready for another 160,00 miles. Good job for older model (2012) Jetta. Highly recommend for customer service and quality of work.
